Roles and Responsibilities Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and ensure Agile practices are applied consistently. Coach teams on Agile principles, removing impediments, and improving performance. Collaborate with Product Owners to define backlog items, prioritize work, and align sprint commitments with business needs. Track Agile metrics and support process improvement initiatives. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure delivery quality. Advocate for organizational Agile adoption and guide improvements across teams.
