Compensation $21 - $23 /hour, depending on experience Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Accounts Receivable Accountant to join their team! We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Accountant to support financial operations for a minimum of 3-4 months, with the potential for extension. This entry-level position offers a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in financial transactions and account reconciliations. Key Responsibilities Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently Post payments and maintain accurate financial records Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies Data entry and management using basic Excel skills Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate reporting Support month-end closing activities Maintain confidentiality of financial information Required Qualifications Degree in Accounting or related field Experience in processing financial transactions Proficiency in basic Excel functions Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to resolve accounting discrepancies Nice to Have Skills & Experience Experience with accounting software Knowledge of financial reporting standards Previous experience in a similar role 3 different medical health insurance plans, dental, and vision insurance Voluntary and Long-term disability insurance Paid time off, 401k, and holiday pay Weekly direct deposit or pay card deposit If you are interested in learning more about the Accounts Receivable Accountant opportunity, please submit your resume for consideration.
